Tom is the property manager of Parks Edge that comprises 200 homes in a condominium in the Arena District. He is responsible for on-site management and supervision of the residential tower, parking garage and pool which includes; staffing, budgeting, day-to-day operations, and resident relations, as well as coordinating management activities with the condominium board.

Tom has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry with a specific focus on operations management. He has overseen multi-million dollar renovations on existing midrise buildings to being responsbile for new builds opening on time.

Where do you like to vacation?

My family and I love to vacation in Charleston, SC. Why? We were lucky enough to live there for a few years and fell in love with the culture, food, and beaches there.

What is a favorite pastime that you enjoy?

I really enjoy cooking and spending time with my family outdoors. Fishing, boating, camping, whatever it may be.

Who are your favorite sports teams?

I’m an OSU grad, Go Bucks all the way!!!!
